Secure technically competent and well funded joint venture partners on various uranium projects held by Havilah (see map above)
EXECUTED KOB AND HRE DEALS
Agreements with Koba Resources Limited (ASX:KOB) and Heavy Rare Earths Limited (HRE) over various prospects providing Havilah with:

equity interests in KOB and HRE;

a retained 20% project interest carried to completion of BFS;

substantial tenement expenditure; and
-
retained ownership of tenements.
SOLE FUNDED URANIUM EXPLORATION
Havilah retains direct uranium exposure via sole funding exploration of the prospective Lake Namba palaeochannel project and various hardrock projects (eg Johnson Dam - refer to ASX announcement of 17 May 2023)
